“Luca Polare” is a premium ice cream (Gelato), coffee and complimentary products manufacturer/distributor company and ice cream house chain.

A German citizen founded “Luca Polare” in Tbilisi, Georgia in summer 2008 and over the last 12 years, “Luca Polare” has successfully established a strong brand with a production center and a chain of meanwhile 18 shops in Georgia. Further openings in Georgia are on the way.

We serve finest ice cream (Gelato), Coffee with soul, Tea, Iced coffee and Frappe, Exquisite patisserie and fresh salads and sandwiches.

„Luca Polare“ - Georgian Manufacturer/Distributor of premium ice cream, coffee and complimentary products offering a lasting cooperation in setting up and running a similar operation.

Our goal is to set up a successful and long-term franchise partnership for both sides and to build up a mutually satisfactory and profitable cooperation.

General requirements to the interested investors / companies

Passion and commitment to the brand and the operation of the business to a very high standard

  • Business education and actively operation experience in the Armenian market
  • Experience in HoReCa or other relevant sector
  • Ability to lead, mentor, train and develop a strong team of people
  • Financial capabilities and existing organization (admin, deliveries, etc.) should be available to support the business plan and operations
  • Capacity to set up the production center and warehouse facility
  • Capability to open at least 4 (four) shops during the first 2 years period of time
